The EVERCOOL range represents a wide choice of air cooled water chillers suitable to be installed outdoor. This range is suitable to be used for cooling process.
Cooling capacities range from 1.35 kW to 412 kW
Water 7°C / 12°C and ambient temperature 35°C.
All our chillers work with R410A ecological refrigerant gas.
Each model includes IP54 protection rate.
CONDENSER
The condenser coils are made with copper tubes and high efficiency aluminum fins. These coils are chosen with a generosity to improve the efficiency of the units and also to reduce the noise level.
The condenser coil is generally installed in only one side of the chiller, which permits to have less obligations for the installation of the unit itself. Indeed, you can install the chiller closer to the wall, on the side without the condenser coil, to make it breathe without problems (always leave a minimum room for potential maintenance or call our sales office for more information)
EVAPORATOR
The evaporator is a plate exchanger brazed with stainless steel AISI 316. The evaporator is well insulated with closed cell material.It is complete with a valve to discharge the water during winter temperature if necessary, to avoid freezing problems.
COMPRESSORS
The compressors are hermetic rotary vane and are loaded with polyester oil POE.
FANS
The fans are axial type and with low speed, high efficiency rotation. The fans can be regulated by an electronic fan speed device. On request, we can also install EC fans, complete with inverter speed regulation control.
WATER TANK AND PUMP
The water tank is treated internally to slow down the formation of rust, process that happens always mainly when you load and discharge the water from the plant.
The water tank is always complete with insulation, in order to reduce the thermal loss, and it includes the water discharge valve. In the standard version, the water tank is suitable for closed or under pressure circuit. Therefore, it is complete with safety valve, expansion vessel, and air relief valve. The maximum pressure of the water tank is 6 bar.
On request, we can supply the water tank with a manual filling water tank and water level indicator.
STRUCTURE AND CASING
The panels are in galvanized steel, treated and coated with polyester powders. Therefore, the units are suitable to be installed outdoor. They have a generous thickness in order to reduce the vibration, to decrease the noise induced by moving panels. The panels are joined together using screws, this way the panels can be opened for maintenance or service operations (we kindly remind that the panels can be opened by specialized technical people and only when the unit is OFF). As standard, the water connections always get a chemical treatment to prevent rust formation over the time.
